Over Cathelijn van Goor

Does the current boom in technological developments actually bring us progress? This question fascinates visual artist Cathelijn van Goor (Beverwijk, 1976). In her work she explores the effects of digital innovation by approaching visual phenomena as a new “layer” over existing reality. Cathelijn lives and works in Amsterdam. She studied from 1997-99 at the KABK in The Hague. Her work is shown national and abroad.
