László Moholy-Nagy Konstructionen (1922-23)

An extremely rare colour variant trial proof before the issued edition of 50 as no. 6 for the series ‘Kestnermappe’, 1923. Hand-printed at the studio in Berlin, 1922-1923. This impression is probably unique in the use of the orange background and the use of the black. The edition uses a red colour in the background. All impressions are rare – trial impressions exceptionally so. Extremely fine condition for such a proof; very minor traces of previous mounting.
